Bhindi (Okra) 250 Gms – Washed, dried and cut into long strips
Vegetable Oil – 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
1) Put oil in a non stick pan and heat it.
2) Put the bhindi along with all the other ingredients and stir it.
3) Cover and cook for at least 15 minutes on slow fire by continuously stirring it
4) Remove the lid and let it cook for about 10 minutes till bhindi is crispy and dry
Have your bhindi fry with hot chapptis.
You can also enjoy your Bhindi Fry with daal and rice as a side dish
