“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well if one has not dined well” – Virginia Woolfe
We are an amazing combination of friends who have studied together at college in the City of Oranges – Nagpur, Maharashtra and once again reunited in 2013. Its truly said that the world is a small place.
Thanks to our very own Alifya who formed a group on WhatsApp and reunited us after 15 long years. We are reliving our old days once again with the same amount of fun and enthusiasm.
Talking about our Alifya she is settled in the heart of India – Delhi with her hubby and her 5 year old daughter. A passionate girl who loves cooking and is a great home maker. She loves hitting the gym every day and playing Lawn Tennis is her passion. She was the naughtiest amongst us and so she still remains the same after 15 years.
Propping up with the idea of this web site is Zalee from Singapore who is our IT Champ in the lot too. She is the proprietor of her Accounts Firm, a super energetic mother of 2 lovely daughters and a wonderful wife. It’s a habit to manage things par excellence for her
Vidya being the shortest in height amongst all of us was always nicknamed Chottu. A shy however a very mischievous girl. More than cooking she has always enjoyed the eating part. Currently resides in Nagpur and is a mother of a 9 year old daughter.
Suja has been a MTV fan during our college days. She has been the lady of few words in our group yet very confident. Currently resides in the glorious garden city Bangalore with her 2 big boys. Experimenting in the kitchen is something that she cannot give up on, but our demure little girl can now bake with amazing perfection.
Shailina our cutest pal is now settled in Armori and she is a proud mom of 2 lovely angels. She has a good sense of humor and a spicy touch in whatever she does. A college girl who celebrated the last day of our exam with enthusiasm is now pushing her kids to study.
Maya I don’t have words to say. Everything is self-explained in her name itself. A cheerful college girl we all knew is now settled in Mumbai with her lovely family. Enjoying the motherhood of a smart little prince.
Last and not the least , myself Ayesha. I was always a foodie who never wanted to spend time in the kitchen during my college days. Yet each woman has to hit the kitchen in some way or the other. I continued to live in Nagpur after my college and am married with 2 lovely daughters today. My motto – If the broth has to taste good, then the presentation also equally matters. And you know my secret —- I truly believe that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach.
The concept and idea of creating this website was to share the everyday experiments we do in our very own kitchens to create little wonders for our kids at home. So this is dedicated to not only all our little ones at home but to each of those little ones in your houses; so that they can enjoy a mother’s scrumptious food forever.
So guys get ready you gonna find a combination of food to satisfy your palettes. Easy food and recipes for working women and at the same time men who have to cook sometimes.
